Right away, it was evident that establishing a presence on the highest points in the region was mandatory. New agreements were forged and the build out was on. Starting downtown Portland, links were soon built to KGON tower and Davis Peak. These key locations allowed for speedy delivery to anyone within the populous part of the region.
